Dr. Hendon maintains separate waitlists for general neurology and headache patients. This wait list time is subject to change, but generally is between 6-10 months for general neurology and 2-3 months for headache patients.
Please fax your referral letter and include:
Patient demographics and contact information (including email, if available)
Reason for referral
Last clinic note
Relevant supplementary consultation notes
Laboratory results from the last 2 years
Relevant neuroimaging
Once your referral is received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt, and the patient will be contacted directly to schedule an appointment.
